I'm Kay

A UX designer focused on accessibility, design systems and mentoring teams.

I’m a UX/UI designer focused on digital products, accessibility, and design systems. In recent years I’ve worked with agencies like Accenture Song, antoni, and TLGG, where I helped build large digital ecosystems for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, MAN, and BARMER.

What matters to me is clarity. I like when interfaces feel effortless, when accessibility is part of the process from the start, and when design systems make it easy for teams to move with confidence. Tools like Figma and Make are part of my daily workflow because they keep ideas visible and collaboration open.

I enjoy working with teams that are curious and hands-on. People who want to learn from each other, explore new tools, and see technology as something that should support creativity. Lately I’ve been especially interested in how generative AI can speed up early design decisions and help us test ideas faster.
